The PM declined to approve a Scottish Referendum as the electorate would lack 'the information they need'. Brexit voters were 'without the information' needed. The narrow, non-binding vote is a paltry mandate. Why then is the PM continuing despite HUGE adverse consequences and the threat to the UK.
