Rejected petition Remove the Barnett Formula subsidy to Scotland.

We are thoroughly fed up with the amount of important debate and air time that is being devoted to Scotland's wish to be treated differently - most recently exemplified by yet another independence agitation. Subsidising the Scots by more than £1000 per head per annum merely adds insult to injury.
