Rejected petition A crossing for school children on Kendal avenue near zedburgh road Southampton

I'm a concerned parent of 5 children
That all attend school in millbrook Southampton, 3 of them attend Mansel primary school, Kendal avenue is a busy road with slot of people speeding and making it hard for family's to cross the road safely so we need a crossing
