large building companies in Britain are misselling house's leasehold. They are then selling the freeholds to 3rd party companies for huge profits that can then legally double ground rent every 10 yr (unsellable) meaning a £160.000 house will have a yearly ground rent of £9445 by 2055. I will be 70?
