I propose an award of an Emergency Response Medal to all serving and ex-Fire Fighters,Police,Ambulance Officers,Doctors,Nurses. This also involves services preventing an emergency or serious incidents occurring. Those acknowledged are those at the front line were there is a state of a national emergency. Subject to those meeting specific criteria and as recognition of their service.
