Home office is unable to make decision in time on application even which are point based and the delay is too much and because of this if an emergency situation arises in the applicant s' country especially death there is no way they can attend the death ceremony of their beloved parents

There are so many cases that have passed the stipulated time home office even does not bother to reply to letters from applicant This country which claims to be supporter of humanitarian issue one organization is creating humanitarian problem for applicant back home.
