Petition Give the Public easy access to motorway CCTV cameras

The CCTV camera feeds provided by Traffic England can only be accessed via their official website, which is slow, cumbersome and not user-friendly. The Public should be allowed to create bookmarks/shortcuts to their favourite camera, or list of cameras, quickly and easily.

Traffic Wales already provide this service, but England does not. During consultation, Highways England were unable to provide any legitimate reason for not allowing the Public to bookmark specific cameras or set up their own websites that show the live feeds in a more user-friendly format.
