We have been limited to minimal pay rises since the financial crisis. We see government prejudice limiting our pay but taking higher percentage pay rises. I work in a school and again less money, inflation higher than pay rises for years

We need an honest discussion about pay. We didn't cause the crash we shouldn't pay for it. Private sector pay ahead of public sector the government takes credit you need to take responsibility for the loss or stagnant pay for millions.
