Petition Repayment of bailed out banks debts priority to repay before bonus payouts to any staff.
More details
In times of economic crisis and recession when unemployment is high and everyone is suffering from severe cutbacks any bank, businesses or organisation that has been financially bailed out with public funds has the responsibilty and moral duty to repay that debt to the public as soon as possible.
Therefore I propose that their staff, at all levels, receive no financial bonus, or equivalent payment in kind, until the debt to the public is repaid in full.
This would demonstrate to the public the integrity and earnestness of their ( bank, business or organisation) duty. Leading to regaining public support, respect and trust.
