Rejected petition Ensure all Metropolitan Police are armed while on patrol.

The terror attack yesterday in London tragically killed 4 people including a unarmed police officer PC Keith Palmer. PC Keith Palmer was unarmed, possibly leaving him exposed to the attacker, whom was shot by an armed officer. To ensure maximum protection all officers should be armed.

Our thoughts are with those all involved in these awful terror attacks. While the UK is still under severe terror alert, I believe to ensure maximum protection in our city, all police officers should be armed to protect the public and themselves.
