We constantly hear of poor leadership, complacency and often incompetence from top public servants in county and metropolitan councils, NHS health authorities as well as quangos. Yet they pay themselves salaries well in excess that of the UK Prime Minister. This petition is to ask govenment to cap all public service pay in a way that no public servant should earn more than the Prime Minister
