if a service person signs up for a duration i.e 22years then that should be allowed to serve that that time unless that person wishes to leave or on medical grounds or bad record.
The new aircraft carriers to remain solely British and not to be sold off or shared with other nations.
If a prodject is underway ie nimrod then that prodject should be seen through and not scrapped
