16 - 25 year olds often have the lowest incomes, and yet have the greatest need for travel.
- They are starting out in careers
- They are still in full or part time education
- They want to travel the country and have the flexibility to work and live where they want

More details

- Currently rail cards cost £30. This cost would be scrapped, but 16 - 25 year olds would still benefit from 1/3 of rail fares.
- This would enable more people to be able to afford rail travel.
