Remove profits from energy companies in excess of 50%. Sequester energy company records. Return excessive profits to customers. Post-2011 prosecute all energy companies found to have made more than 10% profit with fraud. Prosecution to be effective on company and all appropriate members of the company. Minimum sentence for appropriate members - 10 years. Plus denial of company position for a further 10 years.
