I wish to petition for every town, village, city to have strategically placed "Public Offenders Notice" board, containing brief details of "crimes committed" punishment meted out. And a clear picture of the offender.

This should remain visible until such time, that is deemed , the offender has committed no further offences, or has simply been shamed into moderating his/her behaviour that is acceptable to civilized society.
