Rejected petition Make forced Umbrella payment fees illegal, for all Agency workers.

As many agency workers feel, being forced to pay upwards of £15 a week, to an Umbrella company, just to have our payments given to us.
This should be paid for by the agency themselves, not out of our own hard earnings.
This is usually taken off our earnings, after the tax, and N.I.
