Rejected petition Opt OUT instead of IN organ donation.

With an opt-in system, people have to actively sign up to a register to donate their organs after death or families are left the difficult choice. In opt-out systems, organ donation will occur automatically unless a specific request is made before death for organs not to be taken.

From birth we should all be put on the register with people making the choice to opt out if they feel so strongly against it.
