My son has type 1 Diabetes and is dependent on Insulin injections for food.
The amount of insulin he needs depends on how many Carbohydrates he is having per meal.
Nutritional information should be available in food establishments so that diabetics can accurately carb count.

In order to prevent life threatening Hypoglycemia and Hyperglycemia results in Type 1 Diabetic patients make it a legal requirement that food establishments provide nutritional information on all food that they serve.
