Each product or service sold in the UK should display a percentage making visible the value of British components & services contained in that product. Products bought and sold containing British components and services contribute to a company's average annual percentage

When companies buy from suppliers with high percentages their own percentage would improve and the process becomes organic and self-advancing as companies consider more carefully who and where they buy their products and services from. The percentage is based on monetary value and would be audited in statutory accounts. The scheme would be voluntary for small companies.
The percentage based scheme also benefits the environment as companies seek to acquire products closer to home.
