Petition Increase the age of living in residential care to 21

We need to stop removing and kicking out just turned 18 year olds from care and residential homes. I myself was in care up until the end of January this year, my previous carers were then sent an email stating to "make him homeless". It's now ultimately harder to pursue education and find a home.
