Rejected petition Abolition of the Tax Disc

If the tax disc was abolished then a small increase in fuel duty would cover this. This would help in 2 ways, the first is that those currently driving without road tax would then be contributing. The second is that the more mileage you do, the more you pay, unlike the present system where you pay regardless of mileage
