With a huge number (and growing) of foreign lorry's devastating and congesting our motorways and A-roads network and commonly known practise of UK businesses registering lorry's abroad to avoid paying Road Tax in UK I would like a government to implement system for charging foreign lorry's for using our Motorways and A-Roads.
