Equal access to perscriptions throughout the UK. Why are the british tax payer paying towards welsh and scottish perscriptions whilst having to pay themselves! If Wales and Scotland want this then it should be paid and supported using taxes collected only in Wales & Scotland and should all other services. You cant pick and chooses and expect others to pick up the costs!
