Petition Make it law for every public area to have a disabled toilet and baby change area

Today I had to change my 7 month old daughter on a toilet side. This is not the first time. How disgusting in 2017. A baby change area is less than £100. In the "family" resteraunt I was in there was also no disabled toilet. Every public area needs to be accommodating to disabled and baby change.
