We call on HMG:
to recognise that there is a problem caused by employers in the public and private sector forcing expensive employees of 50+ out of work and, effectively,into unwanted early retirement.
to acknowledge that their recent changes in retirement and pension ages have made things worse and not better.
to enact legislation to bring actual and theoretical retirment ages closer together (ie down to below 58 and not to above 68)
