Rejected petition Please stop withheld private callers of any harassing type

Please stop private call numbers. Those who withheld their number clearly are hiding behind the fact that they are subtly aware that they are wrong to harass and annoy people. Calls can range from cold callers, useless spam and harassing phone calls of any type.

Recently I received a crass, intimidating, vile, disgusting phone call. I am currently in a vulnerable state and can sympathise with people in any position similar.

This is not ok and should not be tolerated as the norm because it is not. It borders on annoying and a complete disregard for a human's right to privacy and inhuman treatment.

The nature of my call will not be disclosed however it infringes on the following human rights:

Respect for privacy and family life and the right to marry
The prohibition of torture and inhuman treatment.
