Courts should be given the option of levying a Confiscation of Personal Property order against convicted felons comprising a percentage of their personal property. For example, a serious crime might occur a 30% CPP or more. Accused would have to estimate their own personal worth. Bailiffs would confiscate requisite property ammount. Where it were found a deliberate gross underestimation of wealth had been made a further penalty might ensue.
