Rejected petition Make it a criminal offence to smoke within the grounds of a hospital in the UK

Across the UK many hospitals have signage which clearly states that you should not smoke in or near the building or within the surrounding grounds. These signs are being ignored. It has to stop. Newborn babies, children and the sick all have a right to clean air. Issue fixed fines for offenders!
