Remove the waiting time of 24 months of 'Real Life Experience' from the already offensive Gender Recognition Certificate for people who are transitioning.

The requirement is to have been living as your intended gender for 24 months before a panel of strangers get to decide if you're a 'real man' or a 'real woman'. This in itself is already deeply offensive but to then have to wait 2 years for the privilege is just wrong.

If the concept of the GRC has to be kept, there should be better criteria, such as an official change of name (deed poll) and/or a referral to a Gender Identity Clinic.
