Petition Review the law on e-cigarette tank sizes allowing them to be larger and safer.
For an e-cigarette user the refilling process is the point when they are most likely to come into contact with e-liquid (which contains nicotine, a toxic substance). Manufacturers minimize the risk involved with the refilling process by reducing the number of times the device has to be refilled....

...this is currently achieved by making the size of the tanks larger. Many EU countries recognize this logic and have chosen not to limit the size of refillable tanks, however the UK government has gone beyond the requirements of the TPD by restricting the maximum size of the refillable tanks to 2ml (The TPD restricts the size of pre-filled and disposable tanks but not refillable tanks). This decision has increased the risk of toxic poisoning for over 2 million users of refillable e-cigarettes.
