Rejected petition Stop the implementation of DCO on Merseyrail and guarantee a Guard on all trains

With the new fleet Merseyrail plan to axe 220 Guards and replace them with 76 customer service staff. Leaving many trains with only a driver on board.
In the event of catastrophe the guard is need to protect the travelling public.
Merseyrail want to remove this security yo pay for newer trains
