Many builders, landlords & home warranty providers continue to throw-up cheap dysfunctional homes & taking good money for them, with impunity, while unsuspecting first time home buyers, tenants, pensioners & many hard working people suffer for it e.g. no hot water/heating, moulds, financial loss etc

- all builders & landlords to raise home standards & quality
- new-home warranties be increased from 10 years to a minimum of 25 years
- first time new home buyers to have same rights as residential tenants in first 5 years
- a CHANGE in the Law "Caveat Emptor" - never to be applied to new-build homes
- Parliament & Government to ban refusal of newbuild home repairs & enshrine into law that all urgent new-build home defects be fixed in 24-48 hrs & other defects in 5 days
