The Welsh Government is intending to try to 'stretch' their existing powers by changing parents right to physically discipline their children. They are trying to abolish Legal Chastisement which allows parents reasonable/light open hand smacking to discipline their child.

Parents should be allowed to discipline their child how they see fit, as long as its reasonable and it is not for governement/Welsh Government to regulate this area.
