Petition Give all homeless charities £1000 pounds so they can help homelessness.

I want this done because there are so many homeless people in the uk. Whenever I walk to the shops I see them... Helpless, cold and hungry. The majority of people will ignore them but there are some kind people who donate and help them. They are treated as inhumane.
