Petition Transfer the drug cannabis from class B to class C

In January 2004, cannabis was transferred from class B to class C and was reclassified in January 2009 as a class B drug, which went against the ACMD's advice on the classification of the drug. Classifying cannabis as a class C drug would save the police both time and money.
