Petition Red Tractor accreditation should require open air grazing.

Currently, the Red Tractor standard ensures livestock is reared "adequately" which is commendable, however the requirements do not include open air or grass fields for grazing.

In reality, the Red Tractor standard is not much more than basic battery farming. The undersigned, and conscious meat eaters, request that the welfare of livestock is significantly improved by requiring open air grass field grazing to achieve the Red Tractor standard
