Masses of plastic carrier bags are wasted every day by people who order groceries online, have it delivered in plastic totes and then have everything in carrier bags to take their shopping out of the totes and into their homes which is about 30 seconds of use.

Every day in the UK thousands of single use carrier bags are used by supermarkets and their customers for their home delivered goods despite the goods already being packed into delivery totes, this is a massive waste of plastic and also causes environmental harm.
