Thousands of people on all money bulletin boards are experiencing the same as myself.
The Financial Ombudsman Service seem to be a law unto themselves

They need investigation into how they reach their decisions, it would seem these big companies have some power over them. Has been mentioned on those bulletin boards, that the FOS is funded by the companies. That thousands of people are trying to claim their PPI back with genuine complaints

Please investigate this and implementation of changes
