Petition Remove the tax rates that are now being put on student finance fee's.

Student finance is now to charge students a 4.6% (which may vary) tax rate on the loans they borrow for tuition and maintenance. Courses already cost £9k a year (most courses are 3 years) plus maintenance loans; this leaves the students with already a huge bill to pay before you introduce tax!
