Petition Recognize therapy dogs for Mental Health as Assistance Dogs.

We are petitioning the government to recognize therapy dogs as official Assistance Dogs.
At the present time there is no charities that train dog for people with mental health issues where this is the only condition, therefore no official recognition of them as assistance dogs.
