Too many unfortunate people have been misdiagnosed and given a cocktail of drugs which may and in many and most cases worsen their possible/current mental health issues.

This will allow professionals to research different mental health issues and find out why these are apparent issues and other possible causes. This may seem useless and not cost effective, but what really matters?... Money? or the people who make it possible for a parliament to even exist/govern.
