Why is it that cars, lorries and buses etc have to pay road tax and push bikes get away with paying nothing at all. Even £10 per year would or could lead to better and safer roads and push down the attitude towards the Motorist and Bike rider. Also more tougher laws on how bikes use the road should be brought in. How many bikes do you see go through red lights. This could reduce accidents
