Petition seize the properties of criminal landlords

in this day and age there are far to many rules protecting private landlords and not enough to protect tennants.
this petition aims to seize the properties of private landlords that engage in criminal activity example not carrying out repairs poor conditions harrasment rapid rising in the rent unfair eviction.
The department for justice should take away ownership and deeds of properties from landlords that behave in this way and put that landlords name on a blacklist to prevent them buying further property and prevent them from becoming a landlord in the future

the seized property should then be sold by the government to the social housing sector (eg) housing associations
