The Government must take control of remuneration in the financial sector. The argument that the financial sector is so good at its job has been disproved time and time again. The reason we have a financial crisis is because of the incompetence of the people working in this sector. Salaries and pensions must be capped and both cash and deferred share bonuses have to be banned.
