TV adverts run after the watershed should be subject to the same rules as the content being broadcast. If I watch a tv show post-watershed which legally contains nudity, swearing, or violence, there is no justification for limiting the nudity, swearing or violent content of the adverts broadcast during breaks in the show.

The Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice should be instructed to redraw the rules to apply adult standards to post-watershed adverts instead of subjecting content to censorship.
