Petition Protect people with learning disabilities from getting into debt

Young people with learning difficulties are able to get loans without a counter signature and see many of them in debt. The young people I work with have got the loan simply because they have been offered it nor understanding the repercussions of non payment.

I feel we should protect these people from the banks by ensuring that a 'legal guardian' authorises any loan application made.
