1. Prior to the calculation of Child Maintenance amend CSA rules to include absent Parents:

· Mortgage payments
· Council tax
· Cost of travel to work

2. In addition a recalculation of the 15% per week so:

· level 1 includes up to 52 days with the absent parent and would reduce the 15% to 6/7 * 15%

· level 2 from 53 days - 104 days would reduce the 15% to 5/7 * 15%

- and so on
