Petition Changing of House Lords to the UK Union Assembly

To abolish the House of Lords and replace it with
an elected house repersenting the different parts
of UK ( Northern Ireland ,England, Wales and Scotland ) as the UK has changed with devolved governments in Scotland and Wales, Northern Ireland.
The new assembly would look after affairs that effect
the whole of UK ( but not devolved powers) and would
be directly elected from each of the States, that make up the UK. The Assembly would not replace the devolved Governments of the UK- but bring the current Constitutional arrangements up to date.
