Give people the choice to buy goods produced in England rather than just the UK. It would help English businesses as many English people will buy goods made in England. In Scotland, the Flag of St Andrew is used to distinguish between Scotlands and England's Goods. Many scots automatically choose Scotland's rather than England's why can't England have its own mark to ensure English business survival.
