Many companies throughout the UK will have projects ongoing which they won based on the £15 charge for an MCS credit. If these companies are working for a housing developer and there is 60 houses with Solar PV, there would be a significant cost increase for the installer which hasn't been budgeted.
Installation companies need more of a notice period on decisions like this so they can build it in to their project costs.
